My husband asked me for a divorce after retiring in Florida!?

And I'm glad he did!

But before that...let me talk about how it all started.

My husband and I had had enough of rainy days in Seattle. We always talked about retiring to a warmer climate with more sunshine.

Well, that day came three years ago when both of us decided to call it quits and move to Port St. Lucie, Florida.

After settling down in Port St. Lucie, I gave myself a short break from doing my daily exercise and became less disciplined about my cravings.

I wanted to pad myself on the shoulder for working long hard years as a caregiver. And raising our three beautiful daughters was no easy task!

I'd been taking good care of everyone except me.

I convinced myself that I deserved a nice short break.

But that short break became a bit longer than originally planned.

And longer...

And even longer..

Pretty soon,

I began to feel the consequences of compulsive eating and it SHOWED.

I started to feel fatigued all the time, and I had to replace my entire wardrobe.

I stopped going out because I got so exhausted from just eating out or doing grocery shopping.

I ended up binge-watching Netflix all day and lived on food deliveries. I indulged myself with the most decadent snacks and finished the day with a daily bowl of ice cream before going to bed.

Deep inside, I knew that I had to change my eating habit some day but...

It felt like a runaway train!

I didn't know how to stop it.

All that beating took a toll on my body and I eventually ballooned to 269.

At that size, it was getting even harder to move around and I made every effort not to be seen in public. Let alone being vulnerable in a bikini at the beach!

My husband made new local friends and went out every day. While I was being glued to the TV screen like a zombie...

That did not help our relationship. We spent less and less time together. We didn't have anything in common to talk about. We were living separate lives.

I loved the weather in Port St. Lucie, but my retirement didn't turn out to be what I had expected.

Then the dreaded day finally came.

One evening, we were having dinner at home, and my husband broke the silence. He suggested that it would be better to go our separate ways.

I saw it coming, but I broke down crying.

I couldn't blame my husband. After all, he didn't marry a bloated couch potato that I allowed myself to become. But the thought of being left alone for the rest of my life was unbearable to me.

We talked for days and days.

And we finally agreed that we didn't come to Port St. Lucie to sit around in the house all day, but to enjoy an active lifestyle the town had offer.

And that I would do my best to get back in shape so that we could live our dream lifestyle together.

That was the wake-up call I needed.

I was determined to get my life back.

From that day on, I tried Keto, Paleo, Mediterranean, Zumba, Yoga, and various other crazy workouts...

Anything and everything I could do to shave off my unwanted baggage.

But the bathroom scale didn't stay in the right direction for more than a week.

I couldn't figure out why.

I felt like a total failure...

What she mentioned next surprised me.

I lost whatever motivation and self-esteem I still had in me. It was almost time to concede that my life would remain unchanged no matter how hard I tried.

I decided to give my eldest daughter Mary a call.

We hadn't spoken in a while, but I felt obliged to let her know that our marriage would soon come to an end.

Or maybe I just needed someone to talk to...

I reached out to her and shared all my struggles, explaining that I wasn't rewarded for my efforts in the end. I told her I was very sorry that it had to come to this. But...

She said that she had recently tried Mike Banner's "Simple Morning Routine." This unusual routine allowed her to overcome her health struggles, and she was able to fit in her old jeans again. I got a video link from Mary explaining this unusual method.

Admittedly, I was skeptical at first. But I was on the verge of divorce and I didn't have any choice but to trust my eldest daughter.

I carefully watched the video till the very end and started following the simple routine from that day on.

And just after a few days, I could actually feel the extra baggage around my waist melt away. It was too good to be true!

Not only that, but this simple method also helped to support digestion and healthy blood sugar level.

What I found out is that

The real cause of weight gain has nothing to do with:

Eating more green vegetables and superfoods
Missing out on our favorite snacks
How much grueling exercise we do
Genetics or the aging process
Or Willpower

That's what the health and fitness industries want us to think. They want us to believe that it's our that we continue to spend more money, hoping that our struggles will soon end.

Trust me, it's NOT OUR FAULT!

This 'Simple Morning Routine' changed everything for me.

It allowed me to:

I also noticed that my other chronic issues gradually went away:

Someone said: "You will never change your life until you change something you do daily." What we do to stay healthy should be more fun and easy so that it becomes a daily habit.

That's why I'm so passionate about

Thanks to this method, I was able to replace my daily evening ice cream routine with a much healthier version in the morning.

I was blown away with the result. I shrank from 265 to 159.

Today, I am 65, going on 50. And I never felt better in my life.

Now, I finally have the old ME back - the same woman my husband had married.

I love going to the beach, and YES, I occasionally enjoy sporting a bikini!

Divorce is off the table, and I feel like we are on our second honeymoon.

I believe it will be a life-changer to anyone seeking a healthy fresh start as well.

I used retirement as an "excuse" and let go of myself

It is a beautiful town with plenty of white sandy beaches and a paradise for people who love playing golf!

The only problem was that

  • Morning brain fog
  • Persistent fatigue
  • Severe bloating and abdominal pain
  • Irresistible cravings
  • Volatile mood swings
  • Inflammation
  • Chronic headaches
  • Low self-esteem
  • Back & knee pain
  • Continue enjoying pizza and doughnut
  • Never worry about gaining a ton of unwanted baggage
  • Not have to do a grueling amount of exercise
  • Stop feeling scale anxiety
  • Enjoy outdoor activities with my husband
